With wealth of experience in different sector,  she is a leader extraordinary. She started her career in banking for a decade, where she held leadership position as head of operations.

She transitioned to pursue her true passion which is education and leadership. She Co- founded Dayspring Infant and Junior School , one of the top notch schools in Nigeria. As an educational entrepreneur with 18 years of experience, she is dedicated to empowering, inspiring, and equipping her team to reach their full potential. Her exceptional skills in communication, team building, training, coaching, and public speaking drive her mission to create innovative solutions and foster positive changes in organizations.

As the CEO of Rhota Consults, she offers leadership coaching, professional development, and consultancy services to schools, organizations, and individuals.
